The rosary is very pleasing to our Mother in heaven. The Rosary surely reaches the motherly heart of Mary and moves her to obtain abundant graces for us. The Diocese of Biloxi is redefining the way new Christians are brought into the Church. Bishop Kihneman writes that in the past we have used a classroom model for new Catholics, but “what is proving to be much more effective is the development of a faith formation plan for each person. . . . Prayer, worship, parish life and Sunday Mass become the real curriculum.”

Thank ya’ll for joining us in saying the rosary at the Grotto. It was beautiful sitting under the oaks, looking at beautiful skies, and praying to our Blessed Mother. Because the heat is so oppressive and the thunderstorms so unpredictable, the decision was made to postpone our rosary until October, the month of the Holy Rosary.
